Six Sesión It is the way to exercise using electrical impulses. The impulses are generated in a device that is applied with electrodes on the skin next to the muscles that are intended to be stimulated. The impulses mimic the action potential from the central nervous system, causing muscle contraction. The electrodes generally adhere to the skin. EEM is a form of electrotherapy or muscle training.
